IBM Launches z196 processor speed of 5.2 GHz

Up to how fast the computer processor can 'run'? IBM's answer that question by launching a new processor called the z196.

Processor that is claimed to be the fastest processor in the world can 'run' with clock speeds up to 5.2 GHz. Imagine how much heat the processor.

Previously, AMD Phenom II X6 has a clock speed of up to 3 GHz. Intel Core 2 Duo E8700 works at a speed of 3.5 GHz. In fact, Tom's Hardware had time to refine the project 5 GHz clock-speed processors, with liquid nitrogen cooling system.

However, this time the processor Z196 does not require liquid nitrogen for cooling assistance. This four-core processors using 45 nanometer processing technology, containing up to 1.4 billion transistors in a cross-sectional area of 512 square mm.

Snakebot, Snake Robot That Can Sing

After the mobile robot cockroaches that could make someone ran. Now comes the snake robot that can be wrapped around trees like a real snake.

Robot named Snakebot made by Biorobotics Lab at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), Pittsburgh, United States. Snakebot able to coil around themselves on poles, trees and walking into the pipe vertically.

Researchers at CMU noted that in the experiment to climb trees, new Snakebot can climb on tree trunks with a certain width.

"The investigators worked to design, build and program a robot. But much remains to be repaired so that the robot was able to climb trees higher with various sizes of trees and to facilitate navigation of the branch and cable," said the Carnegie Mellon University.

Arabs consider Blackberry as an spy U.S and Israeli

State Police of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) that has many reasons to press the Blackberry. Not only related to terrorism, the Arabs too suspicious if the Blackberry becomes a spy to U.S. and Israeli governments.

"The U.S. is the main beneficiary of the lack of control over the Blackberry data. Because they have the right to spy on the country the UAE," said Dubai Police Chief Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, as quoted by Reuters on Saturday (09/04/2010).

According to Tamim, Western countries have accused the Arabs as a restraint of freedom use the Blackberry but on the other hand they are even allowed to access data that exist in the blackberry. Western countries that Tamim was referred to the U.S., Israeli, British and others.

Unfortunately, Tamim did not explain further U.S. goals have an interest to spy on the UAE. Previously, Tamim even been blamed Israel for the death of Palestinian military leader who was in Dubai in January last.

UAE itself has been an ultimatum Blackberry manufacturer, Research in Motion (RIM) for blocking of the service, messenger, email or web browser, on 11 October. The decision will apply as if RIM can not provide access to encrypted data on the Blackberry Arabs who now has 500 thousand users.

1. The Wave, United States
Located between Arizona and Utah, USA. This stunning red rock located on the border of Arizona and Utah, USA. The Wave was formed from sand dune 190 million-year-old who was turned into stone.

Formation of a little-known people can only be accessed by walking through a small street about three miles uphill.

2. Antelope Canyon, Arizona, United States
Antelope canyon or Antelope Canyon is a famous gorge located in Page, Coconino County, Arizona, United States.

This canyon areas into the complex Navajo Indian Reservation, the area's largest shelter for Dine Indians from North America, also called Navaho or Navajo.

Antelope Canyon was formed by erosion of Navajo Sand Stone, primarily due to flash floods and later because of sub-aerial processes.

3. Great Blue Hole, Belize
Part of the Lighthouse Reef System, the Great Blue Hole is located approximately 60 miles from the mainland of Belize City. Shaped like a big hole almost perfectly, with a depth of about 125 meters and 300 meters in diameter.

The depth of water makes a very blue color. This is believed to be the world's largest ocean holes and has a big attraction for divers.

4. Crystal Cave of the Giants, Mexico
Found deep in a mine in Chihuahua, Mexico. Known as "the Sistine Chapel of crystals", Mexico's Cueva de los Cristales (Cave of Crystals) contains natural crystals are world famous. These crystals have an average length of 11 meters.

5. Eye of the Sahara, Mauritania

7. Giants Causeway, Irlandia
