Apple VS Nokia

Apple war with Nokia continues to the next stage. Apple iPhone producing a lawsuit filed to the International Trade Commission, an independent federal agency of the United States, which mengeksaminasi issue of fraudulent trade practices involving patent infringement, trademark and copyright: Apple asks Nokia barred from entering the United States.

Nokia filed suit in District Court in Delaware, United States, about 10 patents related to wireless devices that say Nokia, Apple refused to ask for permission. Ten patents, the Nokia accused Apple has barged so devices capable of operating in GSM, 3G, and Wifi networks. And Nokia asked each iPhone fined.

Apple responded with a lawsuit accusing Nokia copy iPhone technology. Apple accuses Nokia of violating a patent, the signal processing method of real-time to the scrolling on the touch screen display.

The more exciting battle for market analysis in November found the Apple managed to beat Nokia in mobile phone sales. Apple succeeded handful of U.S$ 1.6 billion from the iPhone, while the Nokia U.S$ 1.1 billion.

"Yes, we've lost in the smart phone for 18 months, but the decline has stopped and stabilized since the second trimester and ketiag 2009," said Rick Simonson, chief mobile Nokia.
